Split into two units, this will be the perfect place for multiple couples, families, or groups of friends to call home. Walk from the front door, and you can easily check out Fairfield Lake, a plethora of restaurants and shops. If you want more excitement, Sapphire Valley Resort offers a wide array of amenities, including shared pools (indoor and outdoor), sports courts, golf, and more for a small extra fee. And, after a full day of fun, you can soak in your private jetted tub in either bathroom!

Inside, each unit has a large primary bedroom with an attached bath. One side has a full kitchen, and the other is outfitted with a smaller kitchenette, so you will have no trouble whipping up tasty meals and snacks. And, with high-speed WiFi and streaming capabilities on the TVs, you will have no trouble cozying up on chilly winter nights for a movie night!

THINGS TO KNOW
-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-The fireplace is not for guest use.
-Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
-This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.
-All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This cabin offers its guests an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at this cabin.
