At Bella Vista you can truly take in the view, relax and experience Switzerland in all its beauty.
The property is located on a private street overlooking Lake Lugano and it includes a spacious apartment with a large terrace, jacuzzi, barbecue, sunbeds and a private parking space inside a garage . The apartment is on the ground floor, there is one bedroom, two bathrooms (one with shower), open space kitchen, living room, a small laundry room and a large private terrace overlooking the lake.
The property has a modern and warm look mixed with antique furniture and original paintings, which combined with the location, provides a relaxing atmosphere for anyone wishing to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The area around Caslano is disseminated with panoramic paths between lake and mountains and the village is full of charming churches and ancient buildings.
