The main villa, dating back to the 15th century, has been passed down through generations to the current owners, who have carefully restored it while preserving its historical charm and original features. The interiors retain the authenticity typical of Tuscan farmhouses, offering a unique experience that combines tradition and comfort.
Within the property, there is also an independent cottage with 4 beds, located about 50 meters from the main villa: the ideal solution for groups who wish to enjoy both proximity and privacy.
The private fenced swimming pool, located in front of the main villa, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas, and is perfectly positioned to enjoy relaxing moments until the Tuscan sunset.
The spacious covered veranda, which can accommodate up to 20 people, is perfect for outdoor dinners, private events, and convivial gatherings.
The property is accessed via an approximately 1 km unpaved road that is not steep; therefore, we recommend driving slowly.

First floor (accessible only via an external staircase): 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living room, 2 double bedrooms each connected to a walk-through room with a French bed, and 1 bathroom with shower.
