We always stay at this hotel when we are in Casper. Probably the most spacious suite rooms we’ve ever had. So big. The attached restaurant, Bostons, is also great and love the hot breakfast that comes with hotel stay. 10/10.

Restaurant closed their kitchen early so we had to go outside to find a late restaurant. Shouldn’t post hours if you’re not going to abide by them.

Uncomfortable room conditions

Our room was extremely hot and the heater wouldn’t shut off. The suggestion to get the room to cool down was to shut everything off. We did and opened the window. Still extremely hot. The faucet in the shower was broke and the shower was cold. Bed was like sleeping on cement and the pillows were very flat.

We stayed because of an event on property otherwise would’ve chose another hotel. $200 was way too expensive for a standard room with no working air and toilets that were shorter than those in my kids preschool. Overall it was ok but not for the price. Should’ve been half the price for the type/condition of room.

EXCELLENT however...NO AC!?!? Why?

The service of the food was fantastic over at Boston's at the restaurant next over, which was a friendly and delightful surprise. And the food had four menu options to choose from, from an all-American breakfast, to pancakes, to oatmeal, to even doing biscuits and gravy. They even had some lighter options, too, for kids and for the elderly. And then, of course, you had all your drinks and stuff that you could choose from as well. And all at a free, no-cost breakfast. If you do want to leave a tip, though, just ask to leave a penny on your credit card, and you can leave a tip. The room, however, was fantastic and spacious. We stayed in the suite. However, though, the air control was not that good, as we had to go buy a box fan at Target and open the windows, which made the room seem dangerous at night. So that way it stayed cool. The front desk mentioned that they have a boiler system on this time of year. This time of year is the end of March of 2025. And, unfortunately, that they couldn't turn on the A.C. And so we were stuck with either heat or nothing. And so we had to open up the windows and feel unsafe. So we had to have the box fan open during the day, with the windows open, and try to pull in cool air. Other than that, however, though, the shower was spacious and very lovely. Two shower heads. It had a kitchen that we could use, a very large living room. The bed was very, very comfortable. Perfect place to stay. Thank you.

Rooms very old and filthy, nothing like the pictures show online. Rented a suite with bunk beds and the bunk bed area was so creepy the kids would not even sleep in them. Utter disappointment and no refund. Absolute worst hotel experience we have ever had and my family of 10 has been road tripping for forcing break every year for the last 8 years. This is by far the worst place we have run into. It had 4.1 of 5 stars on Expedia and I have no idea who they are paying to leave those reviews. This place is a DUMP…

I read the reviews on this property before I chose it and not sure what hotel those reviewers stayed at. The property was dingy, our room was very worn, it was very hard to find the room with the hotel layout. There is nothing around it. Would never stay here again.
