Love staying here. The room was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in including the pillows. The breakfast was good. The gift shop and snack options were good. Five stars!

Plenty of parking. The room smells of old smoke or of someone recently smoking in here. Caused a bad headache. I ended up door dashing in air freshener to hopefully diminish some of the smell. I did notify on chat regarding the smell as i do not want to be charged a fee for something i didnt do.

Nice hotel but windows need updated.

Booked these rooms almost a year in advance. Requested adjoining rooms.. we were down the hall from each other. Would have been nice to be closer. The other rooms door wouldnt lock without pulling hard which made it hard to do for the kids. The windows were old and need updated.

I made this reservation one month in advance of the trip at which time I mentioned that we would need a ground floor room because I just had a hip Replacement. I was put on the second floor and at the complete opposite end of the hotel where the elevator was. I had to have multiple people help carry me down the stairs. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER stay here again.

It was ok

Room keys didn’t work and it’s snowing outside so we had to go all the way back to the front to re key the card. No it wasn’t by a phone or wallet! Key then wouldn’t open room had to go back again. The heating unit is falling apart the bathroom was nasty and not cleaned. There was soap residue on the shower still. Dirt everywhere
