I figured we would give this property a shot since it underwent a remodel. The room was small but worked for the price. We had a few issues trying to get our rooms that we booked close but in the end it worked out. I work at a hotel and I know you don’t have to jump through that many hoops to get this done. Part of the staff was wonderful. But our biggest problem was that our children and my husbands siblings got rashes from the pool, one of them had it bad enough, the next day his lips looked like he had put on a bad lip plumper. I am a pool operator and this is not acceptable!

This was our 2nd time here. My son enjoys the pool, the location is convenient The rooms need updated, heating system needs updated. Other then that enjoyed our stay and we'll be back. The staff is Great!! Very friendly and helpful!

You always have to consider the price and review things against comparables. For around a hundred bucks this place was nicer and has a better breakfast and other amenities than other similarly priced places.

The property was remodeled but I feel like a quick half ass remodel but for the price it was good. The pool was warm hot tub was nice. Breakfast not so great. I do love a good breakfast but this was below my expectations, sadly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had amazing food but needs a host on the weekends for seating. The little convenience store needs some basic amenities like toothbrushes, tampons etc…. There were none.

Its ok, but also not the worst I have ever stayed

Its an average hotel, it meets the needs of basics with kids. Pool, restaurant on site, close to convention center, breakfast, decently priced. However, they need to invest in more towels, they wanted us to wait 90 minutes for pool towels, the poor kid running the front desk was all over trying to keep up with the laundry. Clearly they dont have enough, there were lots of sporting events the weekend we were there with lots of kids. You need towels. The pool was warm and my kids loved it. Breakfast is meh...I cant describe it otherwise. The rooms are updated, but still dated if thay makes sense, but adequate. Pillows are absolutely awful, we ended up staying another night and both rooms had terrible pillows. If you need a non scary hotel with a pool, breakfast and ease to things this is it. Its ok, something to write home about no, but as a balla on a budget, I would probably stay again, but would bring some extra breakfast snacks to help, IMO and probably my own pillows and towels to help.

Friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Discounted pet fee when we asked as they were doing quite a bit of construction. Replaced our heater when we let them know it wasn't working. Overall a decent stay.

Top tier at a great price.

Such a great stay. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean.The hotel was nice, with the best gym I've seen in hotel so far. They also served a quality continnental breakfast with healthy options. I would recommend and will be booking there again.
