We are located in the Pollino National Park at 632 metres above sea level, and exactly 18 km from the sandy beaches of the upper Ionian Sea in the province of Cosenza. In the large, well-equipped garden you can sunbathe, read a book or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful swimming pool. Its location is an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area and the natural beauty of this part of Calabria.

Worth visiting are the historical centre of Cassano nestled between two rocky ridges, the Lakes of Sibari, the largest nautical complex in the Mediterranean for pleasure boating, less than three kilometres from the villa, and the Terme Sibarite, frequented for the therapeutic properties of its sulphurous water springs and mud baths. Lovers of mountains and wild nature can visit the Pollino National Park, a vast and uncontaminated territory offering the most varied landscapes, and the Raganello Gorges where canyoning and canyoning are possible.
