Cozy Wood Cottage with Spa, Garden, and Bikes - Near Nantes

Located 20 km from Nantes, near the owners' house and the Nantes-Brest Canal, this comfortable, timber-framed cottage offers a peaceful, green setting. It features a charming, enclosed, shaded 500 m² garden and a terrace with a hot tub (deposit €150).

The cottage includes a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a laundry room, two bedrooms (one with two 80x200 cm beds, the other with two 90x190 cm beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet. An optional extra (see owner) is available: a bedroom with external access (90x200 cm bed with shower and toilet).

Amenities include: baby equipment, Wi-Fi/wired internet access, network video library, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, secure bike storage, and rental of four bicycles (see owner). Bed linen and towels are also included.

Not included: electric heating and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee of €65 applies to business travelers. Please note: the spa is out of service from January 26th to March 30th.

The spa is not accessible to businesses.
