Leider entsprechen die Fotos der Webseite nicht der Realität. Die 2. Terrasse fehlt, auch die gezeigten Stahlmöbel draußen wurden durch Plastikstühle und Holztisch ersetzt. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da der Raum nicht belüftet werden kann und somit die Temperatur im Raum sehr hoch ist . Der Ventilator unter der Decke, der nicht funktionierte, sowie der sehr laute Standventilator bringen keine Verbesserung der Raumtemperatur. Das Bad kann lediglich durch eine nicht abschließbare Zieharmonikatür geschlossen werden. Das Schließen und Öffnen der Tür erzeugt laute Geräusche, die die Personen im benachbarten Schlafzimmer nachts aufweckt. Die Dusche ist undicht, so dass Wasser in den Flur läuft.Bedingt durch den weißen Kies, der das Haus umgibt, wird ständig Staub ins Haus getragen.Die Wohnküche ist rudimentär ausgestattet. Ein Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse ist aufgrund der fehlenden Beschattung nur morgens bzw. Abends möglich.
