Das war nichts

Sehr schlichte Ferienwohnung. Das extrem kleine Bad ist katastrophal. Die Küchenausstattung spartanisch. Das was diese Wohnung rettet, ist der traumhafte Blick von der Terasse.

Ottima posizione

La posizione in cui è ubicato l'appartamento è ottima: a 5 minuti a piedi dal bellissimo borgo di Castagneto Carducci e a un quarto d'ora dal mare; inoltre l'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare sulle colline e sul mare che riempie il cuore. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Gli arredi dell'appartamento sono un po' spartani, l'unica nota dolente è stata il bagno: piccolissimo e con una doccia che allaga praticamente tutto. Ma la veranda e la vista compensano il disagio.

mare ed arte

Appartamento piccolo ma molto carino (e pulitissimo) adatto a una coppia con due bambini. C'è tutto il necessario ed è bellissimo mangiare fuori sotto il porticato guardando il mare. Abbiamo fatto escursioni nelle cittadine d'arte circostanti, c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

POSIZIONE INVIDIABILE

Appartamento in posizione invidiabile: collinare, tranquilla, leggermente decentrata dal paesino di Castagneto Carducci (5 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il caratteristico centro) a 10 minuti di macchina dal mare. Dotato di una veranda che può essere sfruttata a pieno per i pasti e per il relax ben ventilata e dotata di affaccio su un paesaggio mozzafiato (vista sul mare e sul paesino arroccato di Castagneto Carducci). Proprietari disponibili e presenti. Appartamento pulito. Unico neo: arredi molto spartani, bagno piccolissimo dotato di doccia che allaga tutto e senza alcun tipo di attrezzatura o mobili per contenere le minime cose necessarie (rasoi, spazzole, etc.), materassi e guanciali non al massimo. Ma abbiamo fatto presente il tutto alla proprietaria che essendo molto disponibile provvederà sicuramente a migliorare la ricezione. Se siete persone adattabili, la location merita per la posizione strategica che al ritorno dal caldo della spiaggia ti rigenera e ti permette nel pomeriggio di visitare le zone limitrofe (splendide!). Tutto sommato un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo

The flat DOES NOT match to reality

The flat DOES NOT match to reality! Only 1 bedroom (1 single bed and a twin bed) and a living room with a single convertible bed. Very poor kitchen utensils: not even a paring knife or bowls, no toaster, no freezer/ no towels or sheets whereas it was included according to the flat description. Moreover, the lady who gave us the keys didn’t speak a word of English (so that we couldn’t say her we weren’t happy) and we saw the proprietary only when we were in the car to come back home! Fortunately we could use the veranda as living room because it rained only once (caution flooding of the veranda in that case). Dirty flat (floor, oven). But good localization and beautiful view, nice village. Toscane is very pleasant.

mare d'inverno

Appartamento piccolo ma confortevole per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante tra gli ulivi e i cipressi della campagna toscana. Anche d'inverno si può apprezzare il mare passeggiando sulla spiaggia e tra le dune. Torneremo d'estate per godere il mare, i paesaggi, l'ottima cucina e gli splendidi tramonti.
