Prestige Tuscan Country Residence for 7 Guests - Ideal for Groups

Ancient farmhouse on a hill overlooking Orcia, the hills of Brunello and Maremma. Staying here allows you to get to know the local tradition of materials such as wood, terracotta, ancient stone, lime plaster and hemp fabrics. Nature is the protagonist with colours, sounds and smells. Every sunset or sunrise deserves a shot.
Possibility to do outdoor activities or to reach Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano, Terme di Petriolo, Saturnia, Bagni San Filippo or the sea by car in the day. We welcome you in a typical farmhouse from the second half of the 1700s, renovated in the Tuscan style. Don't expect the comforts and services of a holiday home, but a rustic environment, in contact with nature where sensory experiences are the protagonists!

The CASOLARE consists of 2 communicating areas:

"IL GIOGO" is a ground floor with living room, kitchenette and bedroom with 3 beds, called the "Camerone",

"IL FORNO" has a kitchen + dining room and 1 double bedroom (2pl) called "caciaia".

It is possible to stay in an additional double bedroom with bathroom called "ORCIAIA" with direct access from the internal courtyard.

The 3 areas are all communicating with the possibility, however, of having separate accesses for greater privacy.

The KITCHEN, complete with utensils and crockery, is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven.

The ROOMS have a double bed and are equipped with a linen kit: sheets, pillowcases, summer blankets, quilts.

In addition to the double bed, the "Camerone" has a single bed for children. However, the room has been designed for a couple and is equipped with an internal sitting room and a freestanding bathtub.

The BATHROOMS, private for each room, are equipped with towels.
For greater personal hygiene, we recommend bringing your own bathrobes and slippers.

The rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, but we want you to appreciate how the 50 cm thick walls and lime plasters are able to maintain adequate natural comfort.

OUTSIDE you will find tables and chairs for outdoor lunches/dinners, next to the barbecue for grilling. Discover with your travel companions the various CORNERS to devote yourself to reading, painting a plain-air, photography.

The "Parco degli Olivi" awaits you with sun beds and deck chairs to relax listening to the sounds of nature. With your children, admire the small ecosystem around: insects, birds and small animals of the meadow.

This villa offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
