Apartment in country house, surrounded by greenery, in the heart of Monferrato; ideal for relaxing or gastronomic stays. Near the cities of Asti and Alba, full of events and history. Ability to: make walking, cycling and horse riding (riding in about 1 km). Nearby there is a well-stocked shopping center for supplies of food and non-food items. Easy to reach the City of Turin and the Lago Maggiore.
The family owned the house already at the end of '800, and rebuilt on an old farmhouse Nelg 30s uncle came from America had a fine appearance from the beginning.
