Private rooms for rent with en-suite bathroom, located on the second floor of the house. The room offers a sea view. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk away. The nearest beach, Cala Petrolo, is within walking distance (800 meters) and features a shoreline of sand mixed with pebbles. Playa Beach is 2.5 km away; it’s a fine sandy beach, very family-friendly and ideal for children. The rooms are 15 minutes from the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Scopello, Guidaloca, and Cala Mazzo di Sciacca.
Inside the room you’ll find a fridge, microwave, TV, and air conditioning. Rental is for 2 people; on request, an extra bed for a child can be added. If needed, you can also rent the first floor, which has a double bed and a single bed, but the bathroom is on the second floor. The house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children across two floors. No cots or cribs are available. There is 1 bathroom. A shared washing machine is available. Free, non-reserved parking is available outside the house.
