Beautiful cliff-top house for 8 people with pool, garden and near the sea
Surrounded by a mediterranean garden overlooking the bay of Scopello, near the Zingaro Nature Reserve and a few hundred metres from the sand and white pebble beach of Guidaloca, La Casa degli Ulivi is a calm and relaxing place, with the sweet scents of Sicilian citrus fruits such as the orange and lemon trees of the garden. Situated on a promontory, it offers breathtaking views of the sea, the valley and the olive groves below.
The house, air-conditioned in summer with cold air and in winter with cold air, has been entirely renovated with quality materials, modern equipment and high-quality beds.

The flat we propose occupies the entire ground floor and has a beautiful garden with lawns, an olive grove, a herb garden, and a beautiful swimming pool with jacuzzi, all in exclusive use.
The villa is rented in its entirety (both floors) during the low and mid seasons. In summer, only the flat for 8 persons on the ground floor is rented, with exclusive use of the outdoor areas, garden, olive grove and swimming pool. The flat on the first floor (which has its own entrance gate and its own outdoor spaces) is not rented and is used by the owner when she has to welcome and assist her guests.
The property is entered through a large gate. The parking area can accommodate 3 cars.
From the parking area you enter the garden and the terrace on the front of the house. You immediately realise the panoramic position of the house as the view over the valley is breathtaking: an expanse of olive trees stretching up to the sea.
The house is divided into a large air-conditioned living room/kitchen that is very bright thanks to the two large french windows that offer a splendid view of the olive grove and the sea. The living room has comfortable sofas and a large antique fratino table, which can seat up to 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a 90-cm oven, a 90-cm hob and a dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two quadruple suites, each consisting of two climatised bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be moved closer together if necessary) and a complete bathroom with a large shower cubicle, making a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Outside you will find:
A large lawn surrounding the house and the large terrace shaded by white sails and equipped with outdoor furniture with a dining area and various relaxation areas.
A swimming pool for exclusive use, model Stonehenge by Busco Wellness with hydromassage, airpool and chromotherapy measuring 2.30 metres by 5.20 metres
An outdoor shower near the pool
A second outdoor shower with hot water at the back of the house.
A laundry corner at the back of the house with a sink set in a large marble countertop and an LG washing machine.
Nathalie, the owner, speaks fluent French, Italian, English and German. She will be happy to share with you her good addresses and advise you on activities to do in the area, such as renting a boat with or without a skipper along the beautiful coast of the Zingaro Reserve, or the hot springs located 12 km away from the house, or a quad bike excursion in the surrounding countryside passing by the temple of Segesta, through the vineyards ...
You will also find a book written by Nathalie in several languages summarising all these tips and practical information on the region.
