Modern Villa Giulietta in Scopello with sea view, 5 min. to the beach
The newly built property is unique to the area and features mostly all-white furnishings and a modern Italian SMEG kitchen with splashes of local pastel colors, artisan tiling and vases. There is a yoga deck with pergola for relaxing or working out at the end of the garden which stretches some 100 yards beyond the pool in front of the villa toward the ocean.
Two expansive terraces to the right and left of the villa mean that each of the three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom is separately accessible from above. The large floor-to-ceiling sliding windows in the spacious, airy living room open onto the ground floor terrace, pool and permanent barbecue area.
