RIVA SEA APARTMENTS

Riva Sea Apartments is a house complex located in a panoramic position just a few steps away from the golden sandy beach “Playa” in Castellammare del Golfo.



The complex is made up of 10 houses. All the houses are furnished in the same style and have the same pattern. You access the house through the living room with a kitchen corner, dining table, double sofabed, tv and air conditioning. On the ground floor, you find a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. From the twin bedroom, you reach the back veranda where you find an external shower and a small laundry tub.

Through a spiral staircase, you reach the double bedroom with sea view and air conditioning.

The houses are furnished in a modern and essential style, using the colors of the sea: sky blue and sand.

Each unit also has an equipped patio with a dining table and armchairs. The patio is totally fenced and accessible through a small gate.

In the center of the house complex, there is a big shared swimming pool (6x12 mt) and the solarium area equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds. Near the swimming pool, there is a barbecue area and an external shower.

From the solarium, you can enjoy an amazing sea view over the gulf.

At guests' disposal there are also a baby parking, a private parking and a laundry with coin washing machines.



Along the beach, there are lidos and restaurants. The closest supermarket is 300 mt away from the apartments.



The picturesque town of Castellammare del Golfo, with its castle and harbour, is 2 km away. The charming village of Scopello and Lo Zingaro Nature Reserve are instead about 10 km away from the apartments.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
