Villa Argenta is a welcoming one-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Argenta you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Argenta is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from Scopello. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles) and the closest beach (Beach Club La Tonnara) at 3.1 km (roughly 1.9 miles). You will reach Villa Argenta from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Argenta you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Please note that access to Villa Argenta is along a 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the first patio going down approximately four stairway steps. The pool is 5.4 meters (17.5 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, up to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline. The pool is open from the end of April until the beginning of November.
Patio 1
The first patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline.
Patio 2
The second patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wood roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. On the patio you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors. The room also has a large window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine located inside an arch-shaped niche, an iron and an ironing board. The kitchen has two windows.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
