Splendid seaside villa in the "Baialuce" Residence, between the Tonnara di Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve, just a few minutes from the Borgo di Scopello.
Residence with caretaker 24 hours a day, private parking, private beach, multi-purpose tennis court (soccer, tennis, volleyball) and bowling green.
The villa is equipped with high speed internet and WI Fi, satellite TV and appliances (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer,) with linen supplied. The house has a barbecue.
Access to the sea is both pedestrian (3 minutes on foot) and driveway (150 meters).
the villa is on two floors and has a large terrace (200sqm) with a garden on the ground floor and a solarium on the upper floor with two bedrooms: one with four beds and one double. It is also possible to have another place with a sofa bed in the living room below.
On request it is possible to find on arrival a tasting of typical Sicilian dishes prepared by the owner who is an excellent cook.
It is also possible to have a local personal guide who speaks English and French that will lead you to discover the surrounding area: Castellammare del Golfo, Erice, Segesta, Selinunte, San Vito Lo Capo and which will lead you to do Fishing Tourism in the wonderful Gulf of Castellammare and let you know the delights of the local gastronomy: cannoli, cassatelle, arancine, cous cous of very fresh fish.

Haus u. Terrasse mangelhaft und stark renovierungsbedürftig

Die Lage und Aussicht des Hauses sind wunderschön. Das Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Türen und Fenster sind verzogen und defekt. Das Haus konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden und unsere Sorge vor Diebstahl war groß. Möbel sind abgewohnt und Stuhlkissen verschmutzt. Toilettenspülung ist defekt. Abfallentsorgung war nicht möglich. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir gebeten, diesen "irgendwo" zu entsorgen bzw. mit in die Stadt zu nehmen. Auf der Terrasse sind viele Fliesen locker (Unfallgefahr). Kabel der Außensteckdosen liegen frei. (entsprechende Fotos können gern übermittelt werden) Mit freundlichen Grüßen Klaus und Inge Rohmann
