Interior

The villa is spread over 2 floors. On the first floor you have access to a refined and bright convivial living room, 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with single beds; all equipped with air conditioning and sea view window, a bathroom with shower and all comforts. By means of an internal staircase it is possible to have access to the ground floor consisting of a spacious kitchen with adjoining lounge area, another bathroom and a veranda.

The villa is equipped with : TV in 2 bedrooms and in the living room on the ground floor, wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, heat pump and alarm. Pets allowed.



Exterior

The large veranda overlooks the sea-view garden that contains a swimming pool measuring 8x4 metres and 1.50 metres deep. (The pool will be available to the public from April until October).
