With contemporary architecture perfectly integrated with the surrounding area, Villa Nanni was designed and built in the name of comfort and respect for nature and eco-sustainability.
The villa is spread over a single floor, offers welcoming and bright interior spaces, is furnished in a minimal, linear and functional style, with particular attention to detail. It is accessed from a bright open space equipped with every comfort, relaxation area with sofa, TV and a modern kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven and dining counter. The environment is particularly bright thanks to the presence of large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the patio, both equipped.
Thanks to its numerous common areas and the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. A laundry room and play area are also available.
The villa is surrounded by an ornamental garden with native Mediterranean plants and an English lawn.
Overlooking the patio is the swimming pool (m 4 x m 10 x m 1.40h ) with a solarium equipped with sun loungers.
