Villa panorama - Scopello

Villa Panorama is a cozy detached villa with swimming pool, located a few meters from the Zingaro nature reserve, on the northwest coast of Sicily. Its panoramic situation offers a breathtaking view of the sea and of everything around Deck of sciacca in Scopello. Immersed in a green casket, the garden is well-kept and the green lawn will make children happy. The villa is composed as follows:
On the ground floor there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a bathroom / laundry room with sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
On the first floor there are: two single rooms with a 120 cm wide bed each, a double room with two 80 cm single beds. Being an attic, the height of the ceilings on the floor is reduced.
All rooms are air-conditioned except the double room on the first floor.
On two sides of the house there is a large covered terrace equipped with garden furniture with various areas for relaxation and conversation, two dining areas and a large masonry barbecue.
Two outdoor showers are located near the pool.
Private parking for 2/3 cars.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 8 people and is ideal for families or couples looking for a place to spend their holidays in the name of peace, relaxation, immersed in nature and close to the splendid crystal clear waters of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
