Mare e Monti is an elegant holiday villa located in the countryside of Castellammare del Golfo, about 3 km far away from the town. The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with olive trees and typical Mediterranean plants.

The newly built property, was realized using local and traditional Sicilian materials, as tuff and wood that make the rooms warm and cozy. It extends over one floor, overlooking the valley and Castellammare, while the gaze enraptured by such great beauty is lost on the dominant blue sea horizon.

This holiday villa was conceived by the owner as the residence for its family; it is composed of two units, almost identical, that create a unique building can accommodate up to ten guests. There are two cheerful and bright living areas and two fully equipped kitchens.

The sleeping area has two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and two bathrooms with shower.

Sofa beds in the living area can accommodate additional four guests.

The villa has a wide veranda with comfortable garden furniture which offer visitors the opportunity to enjoy moments of pure relax overlooking the pool.
From here you can enjoy view of the countryside and the sea.
