Gorgeous Countryside Villa with Infinity Pool

Our gorgeus villa is located on the apulian his among 7ha private estate where extra virgin olive oil is produced. The infinity pool (size 12x6 meters) has a breathtaking view over the valley.
The rental property is made up of an old house located in front of the pool and that are rented entirely to only one party per time, so privacy is never compromised.

This is an area of Puglia that opens up endless exploring possibilities: historic seafront towns, some of Italy’s most renowned vineyards and some of its most alluring sights and cities. Matera, Lecce and Bari are all under an hour away and within 20 to 25 minutes you can be in Monopoli city centre or in the Adriatic Coast.

A week of serious exploring combined with easy relaxation strikes an excellent balance. Villa Angela invites outdoor living: you are fabulously well set up with a poolside terrace for drinks and unforgetta-ble evenings with your friends or for creating a wonderful atmosphere in the evenings, sunset on cue and maybe some bruschetta and a glass of Primitivo in hand.

By the side of the main house there s a fabulous shady area with big reclining wooden chairs and an outdoor fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. Around the front it s set up for al fresco dining with a stone table and chairs to sit 6 that call for long dinners and plenty of chatter deep into the balmy evenings.

The infinity pool (pool size it is 12 metres x 6 metres) is magnificent and has an amazing deck with 6 sunbeds and a view over the valley. Next to the pool there is a bathroom with laundry corner. The pool system uses no chlorine but salt, so the water is healthy and perfect for children or those who are allergic.

The interiors are very well equipped and full of charm and despite its farmhouse appeal it comes with the right appliances and facilities to make any cook at home. There are good quality espresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave. The dining room door open conveniently onto the front terra-ce and pergola area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine or dine watching the sun go down.
Villa Angela has a full equipped kitchen, a dining room to sit 6, a living room, a full bathroom. Here the-re are two double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with tw single beds joinabile if necessary.

The whole area (house and pool) are provided with a speed wifi connection. The pool is open year round, and it is totally private for the guests. The pool is cleaned and the gardens are manicured by the owner.

As per the italian laws, passport of each guests will be requested by the owner at arrival in order to proceed with the legal registration of guests at the police office.

This villa offers its guests a water park, an outdoor pool, and a hot tub. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
