Villa Antica Dimora is an authentic jewel of Apulian architecture, located near Castellana Grotte, in the fascinating landscape of the Itria Valley.

This historic house offers the opportunity to live the extraordinary experience of sleeping in trulli, surrounded by a fenced garden with olive trees and lawn, in a context of absolute privacy and exclusivity.

The outdoor spaces are embellished by an infinity pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 20 cm to 2 m), open from May to October, and equipped with sun loungers and a toilet corner with shower.

Near the pool there is a large gazebo with a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals, nestled in a unique and suggestive atmosphere.

Under the furnished veranda with corner sofa you can relax while sipping a good glass of wine.

Within the garden you will also find an equipped outdoor kitchen, a brick barbecue, and two covered parking spaces.



Internal Description



Villa Antica Dimora is set on one single level (ground floor) and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms and the outdoor kitchen are equipped with air conditioning. All windows are provided with mosquito nets. Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (maximum 1) at an extra cost. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available on request.



At the entrance of the main trullo guests will be welcomed by a lovely sitting room with a stone fireplace and armchairs. Following on the right there is a spacious living area with a dining table, tv, a 2-seater sof, and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave).

To the left of the main entrance you will find the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms (a double bed + a single bed). The triple bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom (with shower) while a third bathroom (with shower) is located along the corridor.

Finally the house also has a laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board) and a second equipped kitchen with dining table (located inside the dependance in the pool area).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Internet Wifi; utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); private covered parking; courtesy set; special welcome gift (small shopping of food, drinks and detergents); bathroom, kitchen and bed linen; dishes and cookware; final cleaning and for stays longer than 7 nights additional cleaning and change of linen; use of the swimming pool; daily cleaning of outdoor areas and swimming pool.



Excluded from the price: Heating if used (300.00€ per week); extra linen on request (100.00€); extra cleaning with change of linen on request (200.00€); small/medium-sized pets are allowed on request (maximum 1 pet - 50.00€ per week). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: A credit card is required at check-in.
