El apartamento esta muy bien situado y hemos pasado una buena estancia però la relacion calidad precio no es buena, esperavamos mas. Hay piscina comunitaria pero le toca muy poco el sol, no la hemos aprovechado.

Adecuado para familias, espacioso y con menaje completo. La zona donde está ubicado está un poco degradada y los demás turistas del edificio no cumplían con las normas anticovid en los espacios comunes.

Gute Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht

Die Wohnung befindet sich praktisch an 1. Strand Reihe mit schöner Aussicht 9.Stockwerk auf die Bucht in Richtung Sant Pere Pescador, Flussmündung Muga und Escala. Die Flussmündung des Flusses Muga, mit kleinen See befindet sich auch sehr nahe aber wird nicht zum Baden sondern für die Segelschule, Windsurfen, Kajakfahrten oder SUP gebraucht. Der Strand vor der Überbauung ist schön und wird täglich morgens gepflegt (gereinigt) wie in Spanien üblich. Die Wohnung braucht dringend neue Balkongarnitur, der alte kaputte Campingtisch und Plastikstühle haben bei einem Mietobjekt dieser Kategorie nichts verloren. Küche bräuchte auch neues Besteck und neue Utensilien es ekelte uns etwas an, deswegen haben wir einen set für uns selbst gekauft. Küche haben wir so gut wie nicht gebraucht. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ist ok doch die reicht nicht aus um die ganze Wohnung zu kühlen, da der Weg bis zu den 2 hinteren Zimmern zu lange ist muss man die Klimaanlage Tag und Nacht laufen lassen und auch so bleiben die Zimmern noch recht warm. Die kalte Luft geht durch die Fenster und Wohnungstür raus Statt zu den Zimmern zu gelangen obwohl die Storen den ganzen Tag zu waren. Das Sofa war auch nicht mehr so schön, an sonsten war alles gut und wir haben uns schnell eingelebt und wohl gefühlt. Garage ist recht eng und für grosse SUVs nicht zu empfehlen, schade fand ich, dass es für Fahrräder keinen Abstellraum existiert und wir diese auch noch hinter dem Auto platzieren mussten. Poolbereich war schön sowie die nähe zum Stand war super. Schade fand ich dass die Wohnung nicht hergerichtet wird kurz bevor man ankommt, sprich Terrasse fegen, Terrassen Verglasung aufklappen, Klimaanlage laufen lassen, Betten beziehen und den Boden saugen und feucht aufnehmen. Da haben wir schon besseres erlebt. Alles in allem war es ok aber nicht perfekt wir suchen weiter nach unserem perfekten Mietobjekt in dieser Region.
