The fully equipped American kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. The living room has air conditioning and satellite television, ideal for moments of rest.
The apartment offers 4 beds in total (2 doubles and 2 singles), a comfortable and versatile layout for different types of stay. The heat pump heating ensures a pleasant temperature at any time of the year.
The area is unbeatable: just 100 metres from supermarkets, restaurants and bus stop, and with easy access to the main points of interest in the region, such as the Aiguamolls Natural Park (7 km), Roses (10 km) and Figueres (15 km).
