Excellente semaine !

Je tenais à remercier l’agence de l’accueil qui nous a été réservé et des délicates attentions trouvées dans le réfrigérateur. Merci beaucoup à Natasha de sa gentillesse et de sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement, conforme en tous points à la description, d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement situé.

Nahe am Strand aber laut in der Nacht

Wir waren Ende August für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung. Dabei sind uns folgende Punkte aufgefallen: Pro: - Toller Ausblick von Esszimmer und Balkon (beim Balkon nur im Stehen wegen Betongeländer) - Strandnähe (2 Gehminuten) - schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer - gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - Putzutensilien wie Schwamm und Spülmittel waren vorhanden Contra: - Es ist in der Nacht laut! Es befinden sich zwei Restaurants in der untersten Etage. Die Gäste und hauptsächlich spielende Kinder im Hof sind bis ca 2 Uhr nachts (ja auch Kinder!) laut. Ein normales Spielen wäre zu akzeptieren, doch leider wird dabei oft rücksichtlos geschrien. Da die Schlafzimmerfenster alle zu dieser Seite liegen, ist dies sehr störend. Da die Klimaanlage sich nur im Wohnzimmer befindet, müssen wegen der kühleren Nachtluft die Fenster leider offen bleiben. Somit hatten wir leider schlechte Nächte. Hauptsächlich unsere Kinder (6 und 8 Jahre) hatten große Probleme mit dem Einschlafen. - Viele Steckdosen sind nur noch lose in der Wand. Steckerziehen nur mit Halten der Dose möglich! - Die Wohncouch ist voller Flecken und verranzt. - Bei der Geschirrspülmaschine ist die Verankerung für das obere Fach kaputt. Dadurch kann einem dieses entgegfliegen, wenn man nicht von Hand die Schienen ausfährt! - Die Abzugsanlage in einem Badezimmer ist defekt. - Kein deutsches TV. Allerdings ist es ein neuer SmartTV, über den man Apps wie Netflix und Co nutzen kann. - In einem Schlafzimmer ist der Lampenschirm nicht vorhanden und es leuchtet die "nackte" Glühbirne. - Am Wohnzimmerschrank fehlt ein Griff. - Es war kein Staubsauger vorhanden, nur ein Besen mit Schaufel.

Tres tres belle vue Appartement bien situé Proprietaire tres gentil, present et tres serviable. Par contre equipement de l’appartement a revoir! Nous avons quand meme passe de tres belles vacances! Endroit a recommander.

Parfait

Nous avons été très bien reçus. Nous avons eu quelques demandes, le propriétaire a tout fait pour les satisfaire et nous le remercions. L'appartement est parfait. Il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin, il est spacieux, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Son emplacement, est exceptionnel, calme, à 2 minutes de la plage, à côté des magasins et restaurants. Toute la famille a été satisfaite. Merci encore.

Séjour en demi teinte !

Affectés par des quintes de toux insupportables mon épouse et moi - même avons décidé de raccourcir notre séjour....... sans regrets. L'appartement, dans sa conception s'est révélé conforme à l'annonce mais il nous est vite apparu que les photos dataient et que les installations avaient vieilli: portes de la douche: accumulation de calcaire, tartre marron; poignée de la baignoire cassée, carrelage de la gde chambre décollé et soulevé, pas de bouchons de lavabos et d'évier, vaisselle obsolète. Rien de très grave donc, mais déception réelle. Entretien à revoir! Dommage, l'offre était pourtant alléchante.

Estuvimos muy bien. La terraza con vistas espectaculares y espacio para comer cuatro o cinco personas. Bien equipado. El baño 2 necesitaría mantenimiento. Cocina, salón, habitaciones muy bien.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem schönen Objekt

Eine schöne Wohnung für Familien mit Kindern. Viel Platz und ein sehr schöner Ausblick auf der 12. Etage. In der Wohnung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, W-LAN, etc. Ein Fehrnseher ist zwar vorhanden jedoch keine deutschen Programme. Aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und jederzeit zuerreichen. Es hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt nochmal anreisen.

Déçu de l'appartement , pas très propre, hotte ne marchait pas , 5 ampoules grillées et malgré une demande pour les changer rien n'a etait fait et en plus changement d'appartement au dernier moment. Enfin très déçu .
