Villa (wide canal) for 10 people with 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite), covered terrace, heated swimming pool (4x8m), covered terrace, large garden with gas barbecue, private parking and 15m mooring place.
Large modern open kitchen with dining and sitting area equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, oven, microwave and 2 frigos with freezer compartment).
Guest toilet available.
4 double bedrooms: 1 bedroom on the ground floor with double bed and bathroom ensuite. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with separate bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom ensuite, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom ensuite.
All spaces have heating and air conditioning.
There is free WiFi. Bed linen and towels included.
Heated swimming pool is possible with an additional charge (after owner approval).
