Goertz und Partner offers you a spacious 135 m2 penthouse apartment for tourist rental and three terraces with a total area of approximately 109 m2. One of the terraces has views of the canal, another is located at the rear of the building and the last one is located on the upper floor, which is accessed from the house itself, via an internal staircase and occupies an area of 73m2.
The property consists of a spacious hall with a built-in wardrobe. The dining room that opens onto a large terrace with views of the canal, has a table and six chairs, two sofas, a desk, a Smart TV, internet (fiber). The kitchen is well equipped with two small fridges, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave... There is a courtesy toilet. It also has three bedrooms, two of which are suites.
The first bedroom has two small beds of 80 x 190cm, an air conditioner and the first bathroom with a bathtub is attached where the washing machine is located. The second bedroom also has air conditioning, a 160 x 200 cm bed, access to the front terrace and a bathroom with a bathtub (for reasons of hygiene, the bubble system is not available). The third and last bedroom has a 150 x 190 cm bed, access to the terrace and is located next to the last bathroom.
