Home Select International invites you enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful two-storey house, located on a very quiet street just 150 metres from the beach. Perfect for families or groups looking for comfort, relaxation and proximity to the sea.
On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Royal Gran Crema coffee machine. The kitchen opens up to a spacious living-dining area with a table for 4 and a comfortable lounge area with TV. A large window connects directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy the private pool overlooking the canal.
The terrace is equipped with a table for 6 people, sun loungers with parasol, outdoor shower, and direct access to the canal, where you have a private mooring, ideal for docking your boat. There is also parking space for two vehicles within the property.
The ground floor also includes a full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobes.
Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, both with access to a private terrace, and a second full bathroom with bathtub. All rooms are exterior and equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
A perfect house to unwind and enjoy the sun, the sea, and the tranquility of a privileged setting.
