Empuriabrava 540 yard from the Rubina beach

Brand new spa jacuzzi just in front of the dock area (heated all year long).

Welcome to Empuriabrava and more particularly the side near Rubina beach.
This beach is unique in the region for its naturalness, its size, its multiple activities as well as very pleasant little restaurants on the beach.

The house is really very close to the beach and also very close to the Rubin resort, which allows you to take advantage of the facilities and a very large outdoor swimming pool (see pictures). Pass is +/- 6-8€ per day.

The house is sheltered from the wind and has a terrace with a built-in bbq on the ground floor allowing a nice evening with the family and also a beautiful solarium / terrace upstairs.
The sun is omnipresent very early in the morning and until around 5 pm. In the evening you have a little breeze coming from the sea, which is very pleasant in summer.

For those who want to make a good movie / series, the smart tv is brand new and is 65 ', with a bluetooth soundbar which gives you the impression of being at the cinema. Another smart tv at the master bedroom (streaming only).

It is possible to use the dock to set up your sailing or motor boat (maximum 8m) or your jet skis (extra fee).

End-of-stay cleaning costs and maintenance of the jacuzzi are not included in the price. They are 150 € (mandatory).

Duvet covers and sheets are not provided. Bath towels either. On request, we can provide it to you with our concierge service (extra fee).

All these services must be pre paid 15 days before your arrival by vrbo payment request.
