ISLA CARTAGO 49 Empuriabrava

A beautiful rustic semi-detached house of 100 m2 on three floors, with 3 bedrooms, small mooring 4m. and private garage (2,10m height). Recommended for up to 6 people. Quiet, sunny place, 600 m from the sea, on the banks of the canal. Cartago Island in the district, 500 m from the center of Empuriabrava. Air conditioning throughout the house. Sheets and towels are not included in the reservation price, they have an extra cost.



Cartago Island is a popular pedestrian area that resembles a typical town, full of flowers and plants, very pleasant and quiet, built on an island within the Empuriabrava canal system. Access to the island is through a small private bridge, access by car is prohibited. The house is 100 meters walk from the bridge. The garage is on the other side of the pedestrian bridge.

Direct access to the 4 meter mooring.

Très belle maison au bord des canaux

Début très agréable, cependant très gros travaux dans la maison mitoyenne, heureusement l'agence a très bien géré et nous a relogé le soir même dans un grand appartement à Rosas. Merci à l'agence.

Nette Gastgeberin, mit der Agentur hat auch alles bestens geklappt, das Haus ist sehr schön zentral und ruhig gelegen, mit einer etwas und die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung, aber alles sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bei der nächsten Gelegenheit sicher wiederkommen. Absolut zu empfehlen…

Es war alles perfekt! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Alles super. Die Gästetoilette hatte eine Defekt, was aber nicht gravierend war. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Ideal für uns 5 (4 Erwachsene und ein Kind). Preis Leistung super, Lage super, bootsanleger super. An und Abreise top.

Mooi huis, perfect voor mensen met een boot

Woning is netjes en in Spaanse style gebouwd. Badkamer is gedateerd maar functioneerde. Lokatie van de woning is perfect voor mensen met een boot. De woning is aan het water en ligt zeer centraal (vlak bij restaurants, zee). Je kan een bootje van 4 meter aan je terras leggen. De boottrailer kan in de garage gestald worden (auto op straat). De haven met de vele huizen en boten in Empuria is leuk om te zien. Buiten de haven is de baai van Roses met veel watersporters o.a kitesurfers. Sleutels van het huis moet je ophalen en terugbrengen in Roses (15 min met de auto). Aanrader!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil für Bootsfahrer

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Bootstouren. Da wir den Nachbar-Liegeplatz mitbenutzen durften, passte es auch mit einem 6m Boot. Die Garagen Zufahrt ist eng, aber es passt ein Mittelklassewagen trotzdem noch rein. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
