170 m² villa with a private pool and garden, located in a quiet area of Empuriabrava.
The beach is about 700 m away, and shops/town centre are around 500 m away.
A municipal mooring (optional) is approximately 70 m from the house.
Comfortable all year round with reversible air conditioning and underfloor heating, plenty of storage, a dedicated work-from-home space with Wi-Fi, and one bedroom on the ground floor (ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs).
The rooms are spacious, bright and designed for a relaxing stay with family or friends.
The house is also well suited to longer off-season stays thanks to its comfort, calm setting and amenities.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, as well as bed linen (for the 4 bedrooms) and bath towels.
The whole house is accessible to guests; only the garage is locked.
Parking is available inside the garden (electric gate). Additional vehicles can also park for free in front of the house.
I remain available before and during your stay for any questions and I’ll be happy to recommend cultural, sports and leisure activities in the area.
We simply ask guests to respect the home and leave it in a reasonable condition (dishes put away, bins taken out) to ensure everyone’s comfort.
