Ideally located in Castelnau-de-Lévis, a charming village overlooking the Tarn River, this holiday cottage is just 5 km from Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll through its narrow streets, visit the majestic Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, or the city's many other museums. Enjoy the water sports facilities, the landscaped riverbanks, and traditional flat-bottomed boat trips on the Tarn. Albi also charms visitors with its restaurants, markets, and shops. Nearby, the Gaillac vineyards and the Cordes plateau offer further opportunities for exploration. The cottage provides a comfortable and functional living space. On the ground floor, a living room with a sofa bed for two, TV, DVD and vinyl player, includes a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.) opens onto a covered terrace with a table and chairs. A separate toilet and a small laundry room with a washing machine complete this level. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, is the bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and the bathroom (bathtub and shower). A landing with a sofa bed and TV provides additional relaxation space. Outside, there is a covered terrace and parking nearby. Bed linens and towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included for weekly rentals. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove and electric heaters (with a fixed charge during the winter). Baby equipment is available: travel cot, high chair, baby bath, and stroller. This house has a history: it has always been called Adel's house, in the center of the village of Castelnau
