Air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, TV (no satellite) and a covered parking space within the property complete the comfort.



The heart of the residence is the splendid 17-metre-long swimming pool, enhanced by a hydromassage area and a bar zone, ideal for moments of relaxation or for preparing breakfast outdoors. Nearby, a refined bathroom with shower and changing room offers additional practicality.
