Potentials after investment, time stood still 1990

Pros: location, pool
Cons: invest 500.000€ in this booth and make it a real hotel again - Wifi only in lobby - old locking system - mini tube TVs - old bathroom everyhting
Location: Lunch and dinner setmenu 9€ at Restaurante Boavista (outside sitting) in walking distance towards Marvaho
This hotel is for people who want to enjoy excellent location (City center, sunny all day long), with a great pool for very low money (35-40€/night incl. breakfast). please remember that it seems time has stood still the last 30 years: Small "Grundg" Tube TVs in rooms, room telefone has a dialing disc and bathroom has ashtray for smokers (!!). Everthing is working properaly but you can see EVERYWHERE the age: tiles broken in bathroom, dirt in the edges, outside tiles are broker, etc. etc. I'd say there is an investor need who spend 500k€ to make this beauty "great" again. Without that money the glory will fade away even more and faster - a pitty as it really has potentials. Rooms to back don't even have balconies, maybe those are supposed to be the cheapest? Wifi only in lobby, weak in some rooms, not at pool. Good for 2-3 nights not longer
