Ville Sole is a typical Marche-style country house rebuilt with modern technologies in 2008 with respect of original architecture from 1890. The landscape from Villa Sole is amazing. The spaces are divided between ground floor with a Family Suite with 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom + mini gym, spacious living room, kitchen, 1 service bathroom. 1st floor has the Suite Ofuro with 1 King bed bedroom + ensuite bath and an amazing room with Ofuro bath spa with sauna and open shower (Spa service is non included in the price). Beautiful and comfortable open-veranda in summer and closed and heated in winter represent the Country-House core where Guest can have breakfast, lunch e dinner but also relax admiring the beautiful landscape running up to high mountains. Guests also have a large storage room available. The Private garden has a large swimming pool and all is posted on top of Greatsun Hill for the enjoyment of a great panoramic effect. Airport is 28 km away. The Conero Riviera beaches are 30 Km away and Mountains 24 km away. Main attractions such as waterpark and adventure park are easily reachable and Medieval atmosphere can be found at door step in Gubbio, Assisi, San Marino. Jesi, Senigallia and Ancona are very near offering any type of activities for Young and Adult. From Villa Sole it is possible to reach shopping place as well many cultural site.
People define Villa Sole the "perfect place for Families wishing a relaxing week", but the Villa Sole is also fantastic for a short week-end.

Beautiful place with spectacular views

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome property. The villa was well kept, pool was great, and the views breath-taking. Location was good as well: completely peaceful and quiet, but at the same time a number of nice towns and beaches within half-an-hour drive. The owner responds always promptly to ensure that you have a great holiday. Thanks for everything!!
