The cosy and family-friendly apartment “Haus Lohengrin - Ferienwohnung 2” is situated quietly in Seis am Schlern (Siusi allo Sciliar), a sunny village in South Tyrol’s scenic landscape near Castelrotto (Kastelruth) and Bolzano (Bozen). It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking or skiing. The 35 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

The outdoor area boasts a south-facing balcony with great views of the mountains, including the “Schlern”, as well as a shared garden with seating furniture and a playground, where you can have breakfast in the morning or spend the evenings with a glass of wine while looking over the surrounding mountains.

Within 18 minutes on foot (1.5km) you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a pharmacy, cafés as well as restaurants. A cable car taking you to the Sellaronda skiing area is only a 6-minute drive (2 km) away, and the beautiful Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi) is in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute drive (24 km) from Seis (Siusi), South Tyrol’s lovely capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) invites you to stroll about the piazzas and enjoy its wonderful atmosphere. The spa town of Merano (Meran) is located a one-hour drive (55 km) away.
