Villa Zagara, well designed and furnished, the villa surrounded by a lawned garden, shady terraces, and an inviting pool. Perfect for a small group of friends or a family, the villa sleeps up to 6 people. The three bedrooms each have their modern bathroom for privacy and comfort.



Interior:

The villa develops on the ground floor only. The well-equipped kitchen is decorated with typical Sicilian majolica and is connected to both the dining area and the garden. The living area, in addition to hosting the beautiful dining table, is furnished with comfortable seats and furniture in carved wood. The beautiful wooden doors and the wooden beam ceiling blend well with the neutral color of the walls and fabrics. The living room, thanks to the large French window, is one with the external living area. The floor is completed by three double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden.



Park:

The large French door in the living room opens onto the large outdoor terrace which offers guests plenty of space to relax. A covered outdoor area where there is a sitting area with comfortable seats, a large dining table and barbecue. It is the perfect setting for happy summer meals, with uninterrupted views of the pool, countryside and sea. The beautiful garden, well-kept and decorated with lawn and palm trees, surrounds the swimming pool and the whole house.

Swimming Pool:

A few steps from the house, immersed in the beautiful garden, is the swimming pool bordered by its solarium equipped with sun loungers. The infinity pool is irregular in shape, measuring 10 meters x 5 meters and has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 meters. For access to the water there are 6 steps on the short side. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.



The price includes: gas for cooking use, water, electricity (up to 23 kwh per day), weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, 3-hour cleaning service once a week, park and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi connection



The price does not include: electricity (on consumption over 23 kwh per day € 0,60/kwh), mandatory extra cleaning when pets are present (€ 30,00 per animal per week or part of week), tourism tax (where applicable), in case of non-disposal of urban waste, the extra payment of € 50.00 per week or part od week will be required at check-out



On Request: extra cleaning (€ 22,00/hour/cleaner), extra linen (€ 15,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices)
