Regional ID 19216 - Apartment in an old 18th century rural style post office with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, furnished with original 19th century furniture. Umbrella, garden table and chairs in the green space dedicated to accommodation. Barbecue and bicycles on request. The swimming pool, 7.5 x 15 m, offers a beautiful view of Castiglione. The 8,000 sq m park, fully fenced, has tall trees and hedges; it houses a small lake with water lilies that calls to fauna and birdlife.

TO KNOW:

- EXTRA COSTS TO PAY ON ARRIVAL: Local tourist tax to be paid separately on site, on arrival: 0,80 euro per person per night, for the first five days. Cleaning fee.

- Communicate the arrival time in advance by email or message. Bring a valid ID.

- No TV, wifi and hairdryer in the apartment.

- Heating on consumption based on the current price of LPG.

- Payment: checks, bank transfer, cash (max 2999.00 euros), no credit cards.

- Pets are welcome, if kept and if they do not disturb other guests and animals. Pet owners are responsible for damage caused to things, people and other animals. Other animals live on the property. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Your pets do not pay for the stay.

- The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 30th September, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm; from 13:30 to 15:30 the use of the swimming pool is reserved for adults only. No bathers assistance.
- The accommodation and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of registered guests.

- SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION:
- GLASS AND PAPER: leave outside the apartment (we collect it).
- PLASTIC: leave the plastic in the special containers located near the internal parking.
- WET WASTE: the garbage of wet waste (food) must be thrown in the BROWN bin that is located outside the farmhouse, along the road.
- OTHER WASTE: throw all the other waste in the large BLACK bin that you find inside the house, before reaching the main gate on the left.
