Perfekte Lage, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen

+ Perfekte Lage, nur 30m an den wundervollen Strand, ruhig, sehr gute Ausstattung (Küche, Strandzeug), geräumig, netter Hausmeister, man ist schnell in Castiglione - Es müsste mal renoviert werden, Putz bröckelt auch innen, hinter der Couch schimmelt eine Wand, auch die Couch, welche muffig und alt ist. Insgesamt nicht sauber, muffig, Grundreinigung erforderlich: Türen schmutzig, Teppiche gehören gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. - Eher düstere Atmosphäre, für kleine Kinder unheimliche Dekoration (viele Kult-Masken und Statuen), zu viele antike Möbel - Dunkel: Fotos Onlineauftritt alle mit starkem Weitwinkel aufgenommen und stark aufgehellt. - Insgesamt für uns kein Ort zum Wohlfühlen sobald man drinnen ist. auch die Couch,

Die Adresse auf dem Online Ausdruck war mit falscher Hausnummer notiert!!! Leider habe ich auch nicht begriffen, dass wir der Verwalterin anrufen sollten bei Ankunft, habe ich nirgends gelesen. Wir haben 90 Min. das anwesen gesucht und nur dank Polizeilicher Hilfe die Verwalterin gefunden. Danach war zum Glück alles i.o N.Eckert
