Mossyard, home of the McConchie family for five generations, is a traditional working farm situated in a magnificent coastal location with the beautiful backdrop of the Galloway Hills. Mossyard, located 4 miles west of Gatehouse of Fleet, is in the heart of rural Dumfries & Galloway, south west Scotland.
Threaby, a semi-detached property and Meadow's other half, is situated in a peaceful location right at the end of the road for the cottages at Mossyard. A cottage full of character and all the comforts you need, it is the perfect hideaway! Threaby has an enclosed back garden, and enjoys wonderful sea views with a choice of sandy beaches just a short walk away.

There are a large selection of DVD's, books and games for your entertainment and a welcome basket of local produce will await you on arrival. We pride ourselves in providing you with the highest quality equipment, the finest cotton bed linen and luxurious towels - all the small touches that will make your holiday perfect.

Accessibility: Threaby is not graded formally for disabled use. We do however take great care in making sure that we offer comfortable accommodation for elderly guests, ambulant disabled and guests with frail mobility. You can drive right up to the door at Threaby. There is a gravel drive outside the property. There is a small 'lip' on the threshold of the doorway. Once you are inside the property there is a small step from the entrance lobby/utility room into the living room. The rest of the accommodation is then all one level with no more steps.

Dog Friendly Accommodation: We welcome dogs at Mossyard and are happy for them to join you in Threaby. Dogs charges apply per dog per week. Maximum of 2 dogs.
