AC Not Working Well in Room

Hotels price does not include breakfast. You’ll have to pay extra for it. Rooms are dated but not bad. Except for the AC. Our room would not get below upper 70s F. We did try to work with front desk on this, and to their credit they were receptive in trying to help. However, their ability to help was very limited and we ended up stuck in a very uncomfortable room to sleep in.

Everything was great! Was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not in usable condition as we were sore after a long drive and looking forward to relaxing in it for a bit.

There was garbage in the parking lot that looked like it had been there for awhile. Our keys did not work reliably and neither did our neighbours. Hot tubs jets did not work properly. No guide on the tv. Continental breakfast should be free. Air conditioner was loud.

Very disappointing stay.

It was a minimum 15 min wait every time we went to the desk. The desk staff was very slow and always lined up. We had no soap in the room. Requested it 3 times before actually getting soap. The only way to get it was to wait in line at the front desk. 25 min wait for soap. Breakfast was no included with our stay. We were expected to pay an additional $7 per person plus taxes for a breakfast that is normally included in our hotel stays. But we weren’t sandman preferred customers. Felt very inhospitable considering the money we paid to stay there. We booked the room for three nights. The first morning we were woken with a 6 am phone call. This wake up call was NOT requested by us. After going to the front desk to comment on it, I asked to make sure it wouldn’t happen again, the wake up call was scheduled for the whole week. We were only staying 3 nights and NEVER requested a wake up call. Very frustrating. Did I mention I had to wait in line for 20 minutes at the front desk to correct this? Ugh. I asked to have the room made up. My coworker had made coffee that morning. Beds were made and shower was cleaned but the coffee area was left and not touched. Coffee pot was not cleaned or refreshed and surfaces were not wiped. Yuck. The power went out which could t be helped but our room keys were only programmed for one night use. That meant three trips to the front desk and more waiting. Very exhausting stay. Not comfortable and didn’t feel welcome. :(

A Perfect Experience.

A storm delayed check in but the front desk lady Joy, was super pleasant and professional and made everything a breeze when it all got up and running. She was the rainbow at the end of the storm and we got into our room with a complimentary breakfast upgrade. The room was perfect and comfortable, clean and a perfect nights stay. Max, our dog accompanied us and loved the treats they gave us- he never eats the treats so that too was a win. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back and I will recommend your hotel to everyone I know!
