This is an older facility with some renovations. The room was clean and very spacious and we liked having a large mini fridge in the room but the furnishings were rather beat up. We enjoyed having patio furniture outside the room so we could enjoy the beautiful view with morning coffee (the patio furniture is in desperate need of replacement). The staff was very friendly and courteous and management allowed us to check in early and even texted us when our room was ready which was greatly appreciated.

The room was clean and the motel itself was nice and quiet, which made for the perfect stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were really friendly. It’s just across the bridge from downtown, so getting into town was no problem. Overall, a solid spot.

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. Much of the furniture and some of the fittings looked surprisingly rough and battered, and the layout of the suite was uncomfortable. The person in the room next to us turned the tv on loudly at 4:15 am or so and we could hear it clearly from our beds until they left around 6:30. Sound travels between the rooms easily, both to the side and from above. The beds were reasonably comfortable though. Overall we would not recommend this place and we won’t be back.

Motel is old but well maintained. It’s a good location. For what we paid it was not a good value. We had the kitchenette. The futon on whatever you call it was absolutely useless and could not sit on it. There was no where to sit to watch tv short of bringing a kitchen chair out. Coffee machine didn’t work.
