Maison de 150 m2 avec trois chambres et une salle de bain. Centre-ville de Castres accessible à vélo ou à pied (1km de la place Pierre Fabre, où vous trouverez tous commerces, et 1,8 km de la place Jean-Jaurès et son marché, 1,5 km du supermarché)

Vous profiterez de la piscine chauffée et du vaste jardin (3000 m2). La piscine (10mX5m) est peu profonde (1,30 m) et dispose d'une avancée où les plus petits ont pied : idéale pour les enfants. Elle est sécurisée par une couverture rigide. Bouées et jeux d'eau sont laissés à votre disposition.

2 vélos adultes et 2 vélos enfants (avec casques) sont laissés à votre disposition. Plusieurs pistes cyclables sont accessibles directement depuis la rue. Le parc de Gourjade, idéal pour les promenades et les jeux pour enfants, est accessible en vélo par la piste cyclable en 10 minutes.
La maison équipée avec internet (fibre), télévision, netflix, ordinateur laissé à disposition. Une plancha avec bouteille de gaz pleine est mise à votre disposition.

A fantastic getaway

First off- the owners are absolutely lovely. So helpful and offered to even clean our pool mid stay. Friendly and great communicators. They left us some supplies and a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy. The location is brilliant - a 20 minute walk into Castres or a short drive into the centre (5 mins). Local shops are very accessible without the area feeling busy. The road outside is quiet and at night it is a delight to enjoy the tranquility and soubds of nature. We feel the home itself is even better than the pictures indicate. Its modern, minimalist and the sheer space is brilliant for 3 adults and two under two. We could have easily had another adult and not felt on top of each other. A very generous garden made for lovely relaxing afternoons. The electrical switches confused us a little in the house - placement of switches don't feel intuitive to the corresponding lights but Cyrille quickly brought us up to speed. The cleaning score was only 4 stars due to dust in the house and some dirty utensils - but for a first time rental and a family loaning their home it was fine and is a very small constructive feedback for their cleaner. The owners went above and beyond for us - loaning us a pram, installing a temporary stairgate and inviting the children to play with the toys in the home. I also want to thank both owners as they kindly accomodated our booking error when we booked the wrong month for our trip. Very accomodating. Overall a brilliant stay. Highly recommend.
