Casa Orlando is a charming and comfortable holiday home, located approximately 200 meters from the sea and 600 meters from the main promenade.

This two-level house can accommodate up to 4 guests. It offers a complete, simple solution in an excellent location, with easy access to both the beach and the center of Santa Maria di Leuca!

THE LOCATION

The house is located near Punta Ristola, a captivating and unique spot where you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset due to its exceptional geographical location.

On foot, you can easily reach the center of the resort (about 700 meters) as well as many local businesses, including restaurants, kiosks, newsagents, bars, and ice cream shops.

The house is also ideally positioned to explore other nearby attractions. The Adriatic coast is just 3 km away, and the first beach on the Ionian coast (Marina di Felloniche) is only 2.5 km from the property.

THE HOUSE

The accommodation is arranged over two levels:

- On the raised ground floor, there is an entrance area with two single beds, a double bedroom equipped with a 24” TV, and a fully fitted bathroom with shower.

- The first floor features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and a 32” TV. From here, you can access a comfortable sea-view veranda, furnished with a table and a hammock, perfect for relaxing moments.

The property is completed by a panoramic terrace, offering views that also include the Leuca lighthouse, furnished with sofas and equipped with a convenient solar-powered outdoor shower.

Air conditioning is available only in the sleeping area (mezzanine floor).

There is parking available under the house, with a small recess designated for parking a car.

*The house also includes a small, non-air-conditioned three-room apartment in the basement, available for additional beds. Alternatively, if more beds are needed, we can offer additional accommodation within walking distance.

As mentioned earlier, the house boasts an excellent location. It is just 200 meters from the sea (with a low, free rocky beach) and Punta Ristola, a stunning area offering unique scenery and landscapes!

It’s a true privilege to enjoy the sunset from your veranda, and even more so from Punta Ristola, where you can watch the sun slowly sink into the blue sea.

Additionally, the coast is home to numerous natural sea caves, which are beautiful and definitely worth visiting. These caves are located along the Ionian and Adriatic coasts and can easily be explored via a guided boat tour.
