Eine schlechte Wahl

Es ist eine Frage das persönlichen Charakters/Stils, wie man als Vermieter ausländische Gäste in seinem Land behandelt. In dieser Hinsicht hatten wir es mit einem unprofessionellen, unfreundlichen und unseriösen Vermieter zu tun. Das Objekt wird mit ansprechenden Bildern beworben. Vor Ort trafen wir auf ein in die Jahre gekommenes, schlecht gepflegtes, unzureichend gereinigtes & ausgestattetes Objekt. Es gab nicht einmal einen Mülleimer in der Küche. Der unter den Wandbildern im Schlafzimmer sichtbare Schimmelbefall erklärte den penetranten Schimmelgeruch. Keine Moskitonetze bei starkem Stechmückenaufkommen. Der Pool ist ein kleiner mit Holzplatten eingefasster Aufstellpool für Kinder, Maße ca. 1,80m x 3,50m , Wassertiefe ca.80cm. Die Sonnenliegen waren abgenutzt & verschmutzt. Kein AC im Schlafzimmer. Unzureichende Beschattung, im Garten. Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht, haben das Objekt nach einer Übernachtung verlassen. Der Vermieter verweigerte die Rückzahlung des restlichen Mietpreises. Auch ein Hinweis auf das Geschäftsmodell.Wir würden dieses Objekt keinesfalls erneut buchen!
