The Deluxe is an elegant and refined apartment on two floors. It is located in the most famous point of Salento, on the first floor in a very chic residential complex.
On the main floor there is a bright and large living area with a brand new kitchen with induction cooker fully equipped with dishwasher and a peninsula where you can comfortably have breakfast.
The air-conditioned living room is very welcoming and spacious with its comfortable sofa, TV and, last but not least, a nice furnished balcony with an outside sitting area from which to enjoy the sea view.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one double with TV and air conditioning and a large window from which to observe the sea, the other has two single beds and also has a TV and air conditioning.
The part of the house that takes your breath away due to its particularity is the upper floor. Equipped with a second kitchen facing the terrace, convenient in case you want to have your meals looking at the sea, it has a terrace that enjoys a wonderful view of the sea.
Furnished with taste and design, it offers unique moments to live in total relaxation. The jacuzzi is located here and allows you to watch the sea while taking a relaxing soak in the tub.
There is an outdoor shower, to be used categorically before entering the jacuzzi, and sun loungers for sunbathing, in addition to the comfortable sitting area, all elegantly embellished by the curtain that guarantees even greater privacy.
Next to the kitchen there is a further service bathroom with washing machine.
Hot tub with cold or hot water, equipped with 4 adult seats + 2 children.
The complex is completely fenced and has an internal parking space. Town center 500 meters away.
Sea reachable on foot in less than five minutes.
