It has beautiful views of Sonabia Beach, Mount Candina, and the Devil's Eyes rock formation from the porch.
The studio is located in one of the most spectacular spots on the Cantabrian coast. With secluded coves and unique beaches accessible on foot in just a few minutes (12-15 minutes). Walking time from the apartment:
SONABIA BEACH: 12 minutes
ORIÑON BEACH: 15 minutes
PUNTA SONABIA COVE: 15 minutes
LA BALLENA COVE: 15 minutes
LANZADOIRO COVE: 18 minutes.

From the porch, you can enjoy views of Sonabia Beach and Mount Candina, and spot the only vulture colony in the European Union facing the sea, with more than 70 pairs of vultures nesting on its summit. You can also enjoy observing various exceptional birds, as it is included as an Important Bird Area (IBA) in the inventory of Important Bird Areas in Spain. Its importance stems from its significance for several protected bird species, such as the griffon vulture, the Egyptian vulture, the peregrine falcon, and the European shag, as it is a protected area within the Natura 2000 network and sponsored by SEO/BirdLife.

At the foot of the studio, you'll find mountain ranges offering fantastic hiking trails. One of the most impressive hiking routes in the Cantabrian region is the famous Devil's Eyes Route, in addition to other coastal trails starting right from the apartment door:

The average temperature during the summer is 18-20 degrees Celsius at night and 22-28 degrees Celsius during the day, so air conditioning is not necessary.

In winter, the temperature ranges from 4-12 degrees Celsius at night and 10-17 degrees Celsius during the day, but many days are between 16-21 degrees Celsius. It may snow one or two days during the entire winter (it hasn't snowed at all in recent years).
