An absolutely amazing hotel and spa area, friendly staff with high level of service. I do not recommend the hotel evening restaurant however, as that was incredibly disappointing compared to all other places we ate.

Hotel molto bello , rinnovato , grandi spazi, molto luminoso e accogliente. Colazione eccellente , varia e ottimi prodotti. Spa molto pulita e attrezzata, nessun appunto. Stanza grande, il bagno non esattamente all'altezza della struttura , pulito ma doccia e sanitari un po' sorpassati. Abbiamo avuto un problema con i signori di hotels.com e il personale è stato molto molto gentile , pronto a risolvere la situazione pur di accontentarci.

Fantastico

Un hotel sopra le righe in un garbato stile retrò. Una sala d’altri tempi ed un’infrastruttura piena di risorse per chi volesse intraprendere un percorso termale completo. La spa semplicemente superba e pulita. Esperienza fantastica da condividere in famiglia. Senza dubbio da ripetere.

Hotel cinque stelle in stile inizio novecento, tenuto alla perfezione, con ampie sale e con un grande parco a disposizione. Spa perfetta (stranamente poco affollata), piscina termale forse un po' piccola. Colazione nel magnifico salone con possibilità di usare la terrazza con affaccio sul giardino, complimenti per le brioches e la varietà, non da meno il servizio. tutto perfetto con un solo punto interrogativo

L'hotel e' semplicemente splendido, pulito, di classe e con personale sempre all'altezza, ed i servizi che offre dalla Spa interna alla colazione sono di ottima qualita' I soggiorni in coppia sono altamente consigliati mentre quelli in famiglia, se con bambini di eta' inferiore ai 14 anni, molto probabilmente bisogna pensarci un po' visto che si e' re-diretti verso una spa esterna, ma sempre in loco, che assolutamente non e' all'altezza di quella dell'hotel. Ne per pulizia ne per servizi. Probabilmente l'esclusione di minori e' una scelta giusta. D'altronde chi va alle terme lo fa per rilassarsi e non vuole schiamazzi attorno. Un solo purtroppo quindi, la spa esterna de le "magiche acque" e' tutt'altro che invitante una volta scoperta la qualita' di quella interna.
